Welcome to Chasm Professional Cleaning Services. By booking our services or using our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
- Services:
Chasm Professional Cleaning Services provides residential and/or commercial cleaning services as agreed upon at booking. Services may include standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, commercial cleaning, office cleaning, and related services.We reserve the right to refuse service for unsafe, hazardous, or inappropriate conditions.
- Booking & Payments
• Quotes are estimates based on the information provided by the customer.
• Final pricing may change if the condition or size of the property differs significantly from the original description.
• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept [credit cards, debit, e-transfer, etc.].Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
- Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Customers must provide at least 24-48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50 percentage or a flat fee.
• If cleaners cannot access the property at the scheduled time, a lockout fee may apply.
• 24-hour notice = free
• Same-day = 50%
• No-show or lockout = 100%

- Access to Property:
Customers are responsible for providing safe and legal access to the property during the scheduled service time.If alarm systems, pets, or access instructions are involved, customers must provide accurate details before the appointment.
- Satisfaction Guarantee:
If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24/48 hours of the appointment. We will make reasonable efforts to address the issue.
- Damage & Liability
While we take reasonable care during services, Chasm Professional Cleaning Services is not responsible for:• Pre-existing damage• Wear and tear• Improperly installed fixtures• Damage caused by unstable or fragile itemsAny claims for damage must be reported within 24/48 hours of service completion.Our liability is limited to the value of the cleaning service provided.
- Health & Safety
Our staff may refuse or stop service if the environment is considered unsafe, hazardous, or unsanitary beyond normal cleaning conditions, including:
• Biohazards
• Pest infestations
• Aggressive animals
• Illegal substances
Additional charges may apply for hazardous conditions.
- Website Use
All content on this website, including text, logos, and images, is the property of Chasm Professional Cleaning Services and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
- Privacy
Customer information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share personal information except as required to provide our services or comply with the law.
- Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.
- Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
